A+ Operations

 A+ Operations supports the day-to-day working cycle of A Plus Virtual Solutions. It is designed for internal business use rather than as a public customer platform. 

Operational records
Supports controlled records relating to clients, agreements, tasks, authorised work, time and financial operations.

Human approval
Important actions remain reviewable and approval-controlled rather than being performed autonomously.

Auditability
Source references, decisions and operational records are retained where needed for continuity and accountability.

 A+ Operations includes a Meeting Intelligence workflow that can review a meeting or operational source stored in Google Drive when an authorised user explicitly selects that file. 

• Google Picker is used for explicit file selection.
• The integration uses the drive.file scope, limiting access to files specifically selected for use with the app.
• A+ Operations does not request general access to all files in a user's Google Drive and does not automatically scan the wider Drive.
• The original Google Drive file remains the authoritative source.
• Selected source content may be read temporarily to produce derived operational information such as a summary, decisions, context and proposed follow-up actions.
• A+ Operations does not retain Google OAuth access tokens or store a duplicate of the raw selected source document.
  

 Human review is required. Meeting-derived actions are presented for review and do not become active Tasks without explicit human approval.
