Access to Google Drive is limited to specific files explicitly selected by an authorised user through Google Picker. A+ Operations does not request general access to all files within a user's Google Drive.
When a file is selected, A+ Operations may temporarily access the file content and relevant metadata in order to review the source and create derived operational records such as meeting summaries, decisions, context and proposed follow-up actions.
The original Google Drive file remains the authoritative source. A+ Operations does not store a duplicate of the source document or retain Google OAuth access tokens. It may store derived operational information, together with a reference or link to the original source, where this is required for legitimate business operations and auditability.
Google user data accessed through this integration is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train general-purpose artificial intelligence models. Access is used only to provide the user-facing operational functionality requested by the authorised user.
